Philosophy:
We should never have to choose between happiness and wealth. I believe that happiness leads to wealth, both personally and materially. An individual who is more satisfied at work is much more likely to be more proficient their job. Ideally, I imagine a new workforce which doesn't dread going to work every day, but looks forward to it. This can be achieved by creating a symbiotic relationship between the employee and his/her organization, one which is fruitful for both parties. A fruitful working world leads to a fruitful global economy, but more importantly, I look forward to a more positive society of individuals, happy with their job, and happy with their life.
