I understand business vision and marketing strategy and I put the people, processes, planning, time, money, relationships and activities together to make it happen. I can work with your number crunchers, your tech people who prefer no human contact, your art directors who only think in colour and about winning a Lion at Cannes and your senior management team who think faster, harder and definitely differently than those previously mentioned.
I'm part project manager, part executive producer, part marketing generalist and an excellent listener. The results happen: it gets done well, right, on time, on brand, on budget and with a process that lets you rinse and repeat. I put the right people with their good skills in the spotlight, it is really them that makes it happen, I just know when to bring them in.
