I am a professional individual seeking a job in management. I have extensive experience in managing multi units, as well as 100+ employees. I am goal oriented and goal driven while still keeping a focus on employee development. I strongly believe that if your employees are happy you will see more growth in any company. Employees who are happy and love what they do will perform at a higher level then those who are not happy. I believe in delegation. Any strong manager knows the benefits of delegating certain tasks to team members to both get everything done in a timely manner, and help develop ones team.
