Jennifer Mallinson

I am first and foremost an HR professional with an inherent ability to balance and guide conflicting demands arising out of difficult employee relations situations. Music, theatre and fitness are my passions, I play the piano (not exceptionally well) have starred in a variety of roles with an amatuer drama group, ran several half marathons and regularly attend my local gym. I am at my most comfortable when I am engaged in employee relations issues, it is an area I relish. My firm belief is that if the right climate of employee relations is created then success at every level will follow.
