Change is sometimes really avoided because it carries a stigma of chaos and confusion. I have experienced this myself, but have been taken from one side of the spectrum to the other, that was all about what i was experiencing. Being in the fix it mode most of the time only to see and experience more of the same.

Been there Done that - and as a result the Shift and Change occured, it was not outside of me but was in me all the time. I have been in the Corporate world for a good 30 years. Worked a job as a employee, but never felt like an employee, worked because I loved what I did, I have been in many industries, doing different things and was actually good in all of them. I don't say that to sound pompous, but to bring clarity. When I saw this closely, the job i did, did not determine who I was, but I was contributing my Energy to the work I was doing, it was not the other way around. I am a CEO now, but the title is not me, I thus refer to myself as the Conscious Energy Empowerment Operator. The CEEO.
