Jennifer Elaine Resnick is a proud boy mom x2, partner to a beautiful human, extroverted introvert, and firm believer that kindness is the best gift we can give this world. She made a choice years ago to ride the roller coaster of life instead of the carousel, and although it’s scary and challenging, hidden within those peaks and valleys lies all the good stuff.

With a deep concern for humanity and social change and a Gemini’s need for options, Jennifer’s 25 year career spans diverse experiences as a therapist, special education teacher, researcher, entrepreneur, restaurant & bar owner, and consultant. A tenacious and grateful first-generation college graduate, Jennifer has spent the last 15 years focused on increasing educational equity, access & quality for learners. This cross functional experience resulted in a wide functional toolkit that Jennifer uses to the connect the dots across different departments and different worlds.

Her career path reflects a deliberate focus on mastering complexity. As the VP of Business Operations at Sennos, she partners with change agents in sensing analytics and fluid dynamics. She works to launch, nurture, and grow impactful teams, processes, and disruptive technologies, preparing Sennos to be the global standard for intelligent sensing, analytics, and precision control.

A skilled bubbly drinker and jelly bean eater, Jennifer is most at peace around a brunch table with her favorite people, listening to vinyl, hiding out in the woods in NCs beautiful Ashe county mountains, and digging in the dirt with her plants and bulldog, Angus.
