I'm an engineer, coach, trainer, mentor and product manager with a love for singing jazz, blues and soul. Technology, figuring out how people work, music and information/data stole my heart roughly the same time I learned to tie my shoe laces.

Emotional connections are important to me, be it in designing products, and experiences, or in supporting, leading, coaching and teaching people. In the words of Maya Angelou: "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.
