I like to create things: an herb garden, a french pastry, a figure-in-motion sculpted from clay. If I can get my hands dirty in the creation process, so much the better.

I have worked for all kinds of companies, from sole proprietors to international companies. Then came the time to fly solo. A self-taught WordPress geek, I now create web-sites for small business owners and entrepreneurs and teach them how to take control of their content. So often, an individual is selling themselves as their business, which means their web-site is a personal expression of their abilities. Putting that "out there" to be judged and evaluated by the world can be a scary proposition. And incredibly rewarding.

My job is to make the whole process easier.

Writing fiction, kayaking, and playing with energy (the healing kind) all have a special place in my heart. Of course, any kind of playing works for me. Especially if I can help someone else in the process.
