I work a 360 desk and am responsible for business development, account management and recruitment within the Information technology division for Innovative Management Solutions Group. IMS Group deals with four divisions: Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, and Finance/Accounting . As a Consultant/Account Manager at IMS Group, my job entails:
- Providing guidance to hiring managers/clients on recruitment and potential candidates.
- Building strong relationships with desired clients & candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline.
- Resume pre-screening, candidate interviewing, assessment, short-listing and selection for open positions.
- Complete reference checks and negotiating offers of employment.
- Utilizing internal and external networks to leverage best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Responding to external and internal inquiries regarding employment opportunities.
- Optimizing efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.
