As a veteran of the talent acquisition space, Jennifer has a strong background in strategic sourcing and recruiting. She has worked as a sourcer, researcher, full-cycle recruiter and job board owner. Jennifer’s experience spans boutique executive search firms through Fortune organizations and includes a wide variety of skills sets including technology, sales, marketing, public relations, fashion and e-commerce/retail.

Jennifer recently joined Nordstrom as a Senior Talent Sourcer for their technology organization.
