I am Jennifer Cotto. I am an innovator, problem-solving, analytical thinker, ethusiatic about my agressive goals and big dreams. Currently based in Michigan, I recently moved here after a lifetime in Miami, Florida. I personally enjoy traveling, reading, crafting, and learning. I consider myself a lifetime student, with a goal to one day have my PhD. Besides effective communication skills, I have a way of relating to people and creating cross functional, diversified teams.

I have a passion for all things techonolgical and enjoy working with Data and people. My career has lead me and focus my training on Human Resources but I am open to all positions. As mentioned, I love learning and have earned my BBA in Management Information Systems and a MBA.

Who am I? I am a fun-loving, analytical, problem-solving, team leader, and team player. I enjoy helping others. My thoughts are if I don't know how to help you, give me 5 minutes and I'll try to figure it out.
