Jennifer Davis-Oliva

Jennifer Davis-Oliva is a veteran attorney with experience in health care law, public policy, and policy analysis.

Previously associated with Arnold & Porter, a national law firm Jennifer Davis-Oliva provided regulatory and litigation services in the firm's FDA and Health Care practice group.

Jennifer Davis-Oliva has been awarded several academic accolades within law and policy studies. She graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. Davis-Oliva is a Rhodes Scholar, Truman Scholar, and honors graduate of Balliol College - Oxford University, where she earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Prior to her time at Oxford she was a distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Here she earned a dual Bachelor of Science in International Politics and Computer Science Engineering.

Jennifer Davis-Oliva is currently admitted to the bar in California, Delaware, and the District of Columbia as well as being admitted to numerous US district and appellate courts. Her professional memberships include the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Delaware Bar Association, California Bar Association, and District of Columbia Bar Association.
