Jennifer Earle

I live in London and have been running Chocolate Ecstasy Tours (www.chocolateecstasytours.com) since 2005. Up until June 2013 I was also working full time in the food industry, first as a Buyer at M&S, then as a Food Developer at McDonald's and finally working on the British locations for www.greatcakeplaces.com.

I'm a member of the Academy of Chocolate, a grand juror for the International Chocolate Awards and a founding member of the Guild of Fine Chocolate. In 2010 I co-founded www.worldchocolateguide.com.

I eat a lot of chocolate, but I love all good food! I still do work for other people on developing new products, tasting notes, tasting events and food research. I love it all. If you think I can help you, please get in touch!
