Jennifer Estrela

I have recently completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology.

I have worked for the past 10 years with families, youths, and children in many capacities. I have extensive expereince working with survivors of childhood trauma, pyhsical and sexual abuse, and neglect. I have provided supports and counselling services to youth experiencing challenges with the law, drugs and family life. Through my work with parents and children, I have provided supports and services to couples experiencing hardships in their relationships and have guided them in achieving gainful resolutions. I have also worked with individuals struggling with addictions, anxiety and depression and have help them work through their struggles.

I will be starting my practice at Meadowbrook Counselling Associates and will be providing full counselling services at a very affordable rate to couples, individuals and families.
