I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and currently am an internet technologies developer, crafting full scope internet appications. Communication and accessibility are my passions, WordPress is my vehicle and the Opensource community is where I play.

I have been a touring and recording musician most of my life, leaving home to live in a tour van at the age of 17.

A few years later I joined L7.

I have was awarded Feminst of the Year by FMF, have had an essay I wrote archived in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, was the first document women to independley tour a muslim country playing music.

Currently pulling my life back together after surviving Thyroid Cancer in 2011.
