Jennifer Guardiani

Jennifer Guardiani, is Vice President of Residential Services and owner of The Gentile Group LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing, communication, sales, public relations and community outreach. As a native of the greater Tampa Bay area, Jennifer has a passion for the region, its communities, neighborhoods, schools, and residents. She is dedicated to helping people with their real estate needs and understands that residential real estate is a very personal business.

Jennifer is a graduate of The Academy of the Holy Names and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA. She is currently a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and an Alumni member of the Theta Phil Alpha Fraternity. Jennifer resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband Justin and her two kids Jackson and Jocelyn.
