Choosing the right Realtor is an important step in any real estate transaction, so here is a little more about me:
I earned my real estate license in 2016 after I realized I should stop helping others buy and sell there home as a hobby and do it full time to broaden my reach of those I could help. I partnered up with one of Baton Rouge’s best Realtors/ Brokers (Leo Desselle at Pennant Real Estate) to learn everything I could about the industry.
Though I didn't choose Real Estate immediately, my past experiences have definitely played a part in my success. I earned my undergraduate degree at LSU in business marketing. During my time at LSU and for several years after I was the office manager and marketing director for a Plastic Surgery office. From there, I went on to be the facility and marketing director for Exerfit Family Fitness and of the Crawfish Aquatics Swim School. I loved my work and enjoyed working with all of the families in each of the organizations but I knew there was more out there for me. I have extensive marketing knowledge which sets me apart from other area realtors. I possess a passion for people and the drive to help them along their journey. The feeling of "home" is very important to me and it is evident in my work and by those who work with me.
I am proud to be a part of an organization that prides itself on education and quality over quantity. Even though we take this approach with every client we work with, our impact is amazing. With over 635 companies registered at the board of realtors, Pennant ranks in the top 3% with only 29 agents! In 2015 Pennant sold just over 160 homes worth over 30 million in real estate. In 2016, that has grown to 210 sales adding up to over 42 million!
I truly believe that one of the reasons God has put me on this earth is to help people. I feel like I have a true gift when it comes to this business. I love the feeling of satisfaction I get after helping someone buy their dream home and the relief on the faces of clients who I help sell a house they thought was impossible to sell. The hug I get at the closing table reminds me how important what I do is. I love what I do and I thank God for putting me in a position to do it.
I am looking forward to doing business with you soon.
