I am a dietitian & own First Step Nutrition. I specialize in nutrition for pregnancy, postpartum, babies & children. More importantly, I am the mother of a 3 year old boy and a baby girl. Both born at home - yay for natural birth! I am also passionate about babywearing & breastfeeding.
