I wake up every day feeling truly blessed to be living in one of the UK's most beautiful counties: Cornwall. Surrounded by a stunning coastline, rugged landscape and rich cultural heritage, there is inspiration to be found everywhere. Having said that, my photographs do not always feature landscape or seascape scenes. My interest lies in capturing the smallest details and the most treasured moments that life has to offer.

My photographs are less about trying to encapsulate the whole world in one image, and much more about finding a unique perspective to reignite the emotions roused by a particular moment, person, object, place or experience. I try not to be too obvious when framing and focusing my shots. I like to engage you--my audience--allowing you to form your own personal relationship with my photographs.

My love of photography is entirely down to my dad. Even in my earliest memories of childhood, I remember him taking his camera everywhere. I remember the excitement of waiting for his photographs to be processed. And I remember the absolute joy of reliving our adventures together looking back through the glossy prints, taking care not to put fingerprints all over them!

This has led me to a lifetime love of photography. For me photography feeds into my other passions in life: family; community; inspiring others to fulfil their potential.
