I have always had a passion for food and nourishment.Growing up I was the designated cook for my family, and healthy cooking was my specialty. After mentoring with Annemarie Colbin (my first client), I received more formal training from The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Today, I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), merging my love of good food and cooking know-how with rigorous nutritional training. My focus has always been nourishment, quietly educating clients when appropriate. I believe and I stress to my clients that nourishing foods can be absolutely delicious… And eye appeal is very important to me, as well. Food should be fresh and delicious, inviting and colorful! As well, I firmly believes in bio-individuality. In my nutritional therapy practice, she works from a premise that a one size fits all approach to a healthy body does not exist. I live in Brooklyn surrounded by plentiful Farmer’sMarkets, my local coop and CSA, where I can shop locally and organically.
