Being an Executive Administrator is more than keeping up with a C-level's life, it's anticipating the next move needs of them, and the company, before they do. This is why I love what I do. It's more than a desk job, it's an ever changing game and always an adventure.

I take pride in knowing that my support roll helps companies function more smoothly. I love knowing that my position can and does touch each and every facet of the business which has a direct effect on the company's growth.

I also enjoy caring for my fellow coworkers. I am a firm believer that we are in management positions to serve the company and the employees that choose to be a part of it. We should lead by example in our drive, kindness, and grace.
