Hey there, I’m Jennifer. I’m a talent acquisition and communications professional with a background in client service, strategy development and project management. I'm an ally for diversity and inclusion.

My recent experience includes working for startup, SMB and enterprise clients in the technology, video game development, entertainment, philanthropy, conservation, food and beverage verticals. I've supported customers with sourcing for passive candidates and managing the full life cycle of recruiting. I have experience working with CRM, recruiting and sourcing tools, and have worked with a variety of ATS systems.

In my previous experience, I worked at a top global marketing agency focusing on consumer and B2B communications in the food, beverage and health industries. I helped recruit for our consumer and B2B account teams serving on the interview team.

My media relations efforts have secured major placements for nonprofit Peak 7 Adventures, French’s, Sutter Home, and Exact Sciences at top consumer and industry media outlets such as The Washington Post, Huffington Post, PARADE Magazine, Essence, Prepared Foods, Seattle’s KOMO News Radio and more. I've developed branded content for social media, supported online community management and coordinated brand photo shoots for client's French's, Sutter Home and Promised Land Dairy. In addition, I've prepared materials and research for e-newsletters, brochures, fact sheets and more.

I've organized industry events on behalf of clients at the Institute of Food Technologists’ annual expo and the International Foodservice Editorial Council’s annual conference.

With a background in journalism, I produced my own weekend morning show for the ABC affiliate in Las Vegas, and produced nightly newscasts for the ONE News Network in New Zealand. I've produced segments with community organizations such as the YMCA and Andre Agassi Foundation, a charitable foundation that transforms U.S. public education for underserved youth. I've served as a volunteer and offered pro bono services to Peak 7 Adventures, FareStart, Northwest Immigrant Rights Group, and the Association for Women in Communications in Seattle.
