Jennifer Lloyd

Ms. Lloyd concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, business law, contracts, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and commercial litigation.

She has comprehensive experience in all facets of commercial litigation, from inception through trial and appeal, when necessary. She has represented clients in many different areas of the law, but has had a particular focus on claims involving the construction industry. Ms. Lloyd is regularly involved in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for clients arising out of various transactions, including: construction agreements, asset purchases, stock sales, employer/employee contracts and partner buyouts.
