My name is Jennifer M Gifford and I would personally like to say Thank You for visiting my website.

I am a thirty something soccer mom who loves spending time with my gigantic Italian family & my furbabies Miley & buster and my camera is normally attached to my hip LOL, but seriously it is. I have a teenage son and a fiance who both love sports almost more than they love me, haha joking… I hope… Born and bread true to the core Floridians we love to be outdoors. I love the beach while he loves nature, we spend as much time as we can exploring this beautiful world God has created for us. I work for my families business (Subway Management Inc). My parents opened their first Subway when I was 2 and we currently own 6 locations in the Ocala/Marion County area. My brother and I both work for the family business. I run the office while he runs the stores and together along with our cousins, we plan to carry on the family legacy.

One of my favorite things is food, I mean who would have guessed right? I love all kinds of food but some of my favorites are: white chocolate reese’ cups & reese’ pieces, popcorn, soul food, ribs! Omg I love ribs! I love Mojo’s burgers & Rondo’s famous wings. I love Subway of course! I can’t forget boiled peanuts, I love boiled peanuts. I love the orange juice you can get at the Florida orange stands they have scattered across I-75. If it has anything to do with food. I’m there..

While Subway and family are my main priority I cannot deny this passion I have for photography. It’s all I think about. I am trained in natural and studio lighting, however my heart is in nature. I love to travel to different locations and try new things so don’t hesitate to contact me with any crazy ideas you have.

I am organizing a workshop tour for A.M. Lorek Photography. We will be traveling the East Coast of the USA next Spring (2017) We are looking for sponsors and collaborators local to the US. Our locations are as follows:
