Who Am I?

To those who matter most, I am a daughter, aunt, friend, niece, granddaughter and sister.

I'm a planner, a doer, a connector, an advocate of fun and a realistic optimist.

I consider myself a happy person but I also believe that happiness is a choice. Sometimes it comes easily. Sometimes it takes great effort.

I laugh. I cry. I fall down. I get up.

In my life, I've experienced immense joy and heartbreaking, world-shattering sorrow. It took the latter to truly make me appreciate the former.

I'm a fighter, a giver, a champion, an extroverted empath, a walking contradiction.

I have a seemingly unending amount of energy and a mean right hook.

I love to travel, try new things and meet new and interesting people.

I'm hard-working, creative, independent, organized, determined and loyal.

I'm a karaoke enthusiast, a sports fan, a dancing machine and an avid reader.

Who I am today will not be who I am tomorrow.

I am forever changing and constantly discovering new things about myself.

I am a product of love, the sum of many experiences, circumstances, skills, characteristics and choices.

But mostly, I am just a gal who understands that life is short and tries to cram as much fun, joy, love and laughter as I can into every second of every day.
