Jennifer Pense

Jennifer Pense has 13 years of teaching experience in many different formats. She has taught secondary mathematics in the traditional classroom both public and private and in Africa, the alternative classroom environment, and now online.

Helping students believe that they can learn anything, including mathematics, has always been a passion of mine. I am one of 'those' people who likes math... but it is my goal to make learning mathematics enjoyable for everyone else too.

I currently work with Virtual Arkansas as the Mathematics Team Leader. I teach and develop coruses for them as well. Transitioning from the traditional classroom to the online learning environment has been a wonderful opportunity to be able to grow and change as a teacher. My favorite aspect of the online classroom is being able to meet students individual needs!
