I am a big believer that we are in a time when openness and creativity are necessary to be a valuable member of our current society.

I am a Professional Communications graduate student at Royal Roads University, writer, wife, mommy of a pup named Boo, yoga lover, shopping enthusiast, full-time worker (and full-time student..yep!), and west coast-er for life. I might be a Millennial interested in all things Millennial, but I'm also just me.

I am interested in the evolution of workplace culture and how Millennials are shaping and influencing the change.
