Jennifer Rowley

I would summarize myself as a driven, energetic and organized teacher. I am at my best when I am working with young children, encouraging them to excel and take risks. My aim as an educator is to support children in the learning process by creating a classroom environment that is child-centered, inclusive, safe, and appropriately challenging. By treating children as competent thinkers and valued community members, my goal is to help young children feel successful in order to build a secure sense of self-efficacy, and develop an understanding of their importance in the world.
