Jennifer Schmitt

I am a research fellow with the NorthStar Initiative for Sustainable Enterprise, a program within the Institute on the Environment at the University of Minnesota. At NorthStar, we collaborate with business leaders to identify overarching sustainability challenges and come up with research initiatives that begin solving those challenges. This unique collaboration is important in ensuring business play a key role in moving sustainability forward. I want a future where sustainability is a given, an intrinsic way of life, and I believe my work will help make this future a reality.
