Jennifer Semien is a Training Professional in the retail industry. Jennifer holds a B.S. from Louisiana State University in Biological Engineering and from Capella University a Masters' of Education in Training and Performance Improvement and an MBA in Human Resource Management.

One of Jennifer's main goals is to
help other women to become the best in their life. Through a
campaign with Capella University and Oprah Winfrey Network, Jennifer was
featured on Oprah.com as one of 3 Women who have Overcome, Inspire, and Influence. Jennifer was invited to be a guest blogger on Oprah.com (http://www.oprah.com/packages/capella-blog-jennifer.html) and also appeared in the August 2012 issue of O Magazine. Jennifer is the mother of 3 beautiful girls – Dahlia-11, Morgan-6, and Tomeya-4 and resides in the Greater Atlanta area. While Jennifer works to be an inspiration to others, she finds her inspiration from her daughters, reading, writing, and music.
