Jennifer Serrat

As someone who ties community as their professional identity, I have a passion for building a community people come back to. My mission is always to deliver amazing experiences wherever I go – whether it be by creating experiential events, sharing a piece of my own cultures through food, or singing at karaoke.

Born in France, I was raised in Canada, studied in the United States, and worked in South Korea and Spain. My blend of cultures has always drawn me to diverse and multicultural work environments because they spark unprecedented creativity. My background in community building and event planning combined with my gregarious interpersonal skills and quick-witted sense of humour make for a fun teammate. Even my former boss thought so (receipt here) !

I am a firm believer that success is not dependent on any market, it is dependent on one ingredient: people. Creating a healthy and human-centric culture is what makes business (more) beautiful and work more fun.
