Jen has been a very active member in her community having served on several committees and boards. Jennifer’s love of teaching and mentoring led her to be part of the faculty at Fanshawe College. In 2017 she was asked to sit on the Board of Missions Services to help make a difference in the lives of others in any ways that she can. She has recently become a certified trainer for Extended DiSC, a behavioral assessment tool that helps people to better understand their behavior and communication styles in an effort to enhance their relationships with themselves and others.

Recently, Jen has won several speech contests through Toastmasters for both evaluation and presentation. For the last two years she has come in first place for her club. In 2018 she was first in her area and came in third in her district. Jen was also the V.P. of Public Relations for her Toastmasters Club in 2018. In 2019, she was asked to sit on the Board of the Forest City London Kiwanis Club where she has taken the lead for growing the membership.

Jen has an undying belief in the human spirit.
