Jennifer Tenderella

I am currently finishing up my Associates' of Applied Science at Lane Community College, I will have a Certification as a Fitness Professional. I am a Keiser Certified Cyling Instructor. I intern at Fitness Link Performance Center. I also fill in as a cycling instructor at Symantec. My mission is to make exercise fun for those I work with and to make innovative classes and personal training sessions. I believe it is important for my clients to feel comfortable and enjoy the workouts we have together. I have a strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology as well as nutrition. I specialize in personal training, body sculpting, group cycling, and circuit training. I have great interpersonal skills, am energetic, and motivating to others.
