It's an extremely exciting time to be in the communications industry; technology is rapidly changing how we live and work, social media is evolving our personal relationships, and no brand is immune from worldwide attention.

7. A master juggler of time and organization: I currently work in an environment where everything is a crisis and time-sensitive. I keep my calm, prioritize and achieve successful outcomes.

6. As versatile as Tina Fey: I'm adaptable and flexible. I work around the wrench that gets thrown into the mix.

5. Leader of the pack, (cue motorcycle revving): I've held a number of leadership roles in my current profession.

4. Get ‘er done attitude: I value efficiency and resourcefulness, which I use to my advantage to get things accomplished.

3. Analytical brain: I solve complex problems and get results.

2. Calls the shots: I connect the dots and I'm confident enough to make decisions on my own.
