Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have my Bachelor's in Psychology from UNC Wilmington, my Master's degree in Human Services- Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and a second Master’s in Professional Counseling also from Liberty University.

My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have expertise in relationship issues, pre-marital counseling, infidelity recovery, and parenting issues. I currently provide couples therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling to women and children ages 4 to 12. I also offer expertise in Christian Counseling for clients who choose to incorporate their beliefs into the healing process.

I began working in mental health in 2012 and have provided counseling services in both community agencies and a private practice setting. I use an integrated approach, incorporating evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other proven interventions.

I am a native to coastal North Carolina and live here with my husband, our three sons, and our 2 dogs.
