I'm a Nanny/Senior Companion with a vision to help change the world or add inspiration through poetry and through my children's picture book for ages 5 to 15. I hope to publish someday! The possible title is "Andrew Jr. SAVED class." It is about a special Salamder Pet: "Andrew Jr. the Great Salamader Swimmer" that is a poem(within the story), which his owner Kyle bravingly reads to his class onset a suprise tricky visitor dressed all in white that provokes crime just as he barges into his classroom. At the same time a suprise salamander visitor Andrew Jr. slithers and darts in fast to stop this crime. You would have to read my book someday to find out how Andrew Jr. SAVED class!

I have a AAS in Individual Studies including Children's Literature, creative writing and other writing classes which was finished in 2002 at SUNYbroome or formerly called Broome Community College. I recently published three poems in the BinghamtonPoetryProject through SUNY Binghamton in New York, USA. I have submitted a couple of poems to two different writing contest within the past year 2014 and written a column to the editor of the Hancock Harold in Hancock, NY back in 2011 -12. I hope to make a difference in ALL people affected by any crime. It doesn't just have to be in and around a school environment. I personally lost my baby brother at age 35 from an act of crime when a senseless man under the influence of drugs ran through a red light and ran into and killed my brother Jonathon F Pratt. Our family found his draft of a book he was writing after his death that has inspired our family!!! His book is called "The Purpose and Love Manifesto" which you can order on amazon.com (kindle version also) or createspace.com/4288308 or at barnesandnoble.com.
