Jennifer is an entrepreneurial-minded individual passionate about technology, user experience, and value innovation.

Jennifer's strengths include: creative problem solving; strategic analysis; idea generation; and project management; with excellent design, research, and writing skills. She is a fast learner with experience creating new programs and evolving processes in high-growth, changing business environments. Jennifer is tenacious towards her projects, and proactive in securing resources and results.

As a Product Manager, Jennifer's goal is to build and maintain a sustainable business line by consistently delivering tangible client value. She enjoys identifying customer pain points and complex business problems through hands-on research, feedback, and support. Afterwards, solving them by devising innovative product features.

Jennifer has about 3 years of experience with multiple cloud-based SaaS products, and has managed new products from conception to post-launch. From her job at a restaurant software company, she gained product knowledge that spans the space of: organization tools, project/ task management, digital reporting, social platforms, cloud content management, file sharing, end-to-end human resources management, scheduling, timekeeping, business intelligence, and restaurant software on mobile and web platforms. In additional roles, Jennifer has managed development of financial reporting platforms, led the redesign of an iPad POS system, and managed the development of a voice application.
