After spending almost 12 years as an arts/entertainment staff reporter in Ann Arbor, I'm now working as a free-lancer, often covering many of the same performing arts companies, music venues, writers, etc. that I did while working as a journalist in Washtenaw County.

I created my A2 Arts Addict blog as a gathering place for my free-lance pieces, but I will also produce some content exclusively for the blog. This labor-of-love can't cover all that's happening in the area, of course - I'm just one underpaid arts-lover working in a culturally dynamic area - but it's a start.
