I am fully certified by Stott Pilates, including Injuries and Special Populations training. I have experience in teaching people with chronic conditions and injuries (e.g., back/neck pain, pregnancy, ...).

I believe that Pilates is for everyone, from athletes to centenarians, and all those in-between.
