Jenny Cepeda-Camacho is an entrepreneur at heart. — She builds businesses and serves as the Chairwoman and CEO of El Dorado Group, and the Creator & CEO of J Consulting, Jenny Camacho Media, Simply Healthy, No Limits by Jenny and Fearless.
Jenny is also the Co-Founder of El Dorado Group, Cafe El Dorado, Exquisite Reviews, JK Media, Las Toxicas R Us and Only Lucia Beauty. She’s the author of the book Overcoming Career Setbacks, The Journal and The Planner.
In addition to running multiple businesses, Jenny takes pride in helping Latino/Small Businesses thrive and grow through her work with the Chelsea Business Foundation as Technical Assistance Leader.
She serves on the board of the Small Business Network, the City of Chelsea COVID-19 Small Business ARPA Committee. She serves as the Director of Marketing for ALPFA’s WOA Program.
Prior to Jenny's entrepreneurial lifestyle, she held several positions in Finance, Sales, Mergers and Acquisition and the Mortgage departments at BNY Mellon where she also led multiple regional employee resource groups: IMPACT, VetNet and the IMPACT Regional Mentoring Program. Before that Jenny honed her skills by working at State Street Corporation and JPMorgan Investor Services. Her strategic thinking acumen, skills, and her ability to work under pressure have built her a reputation as a high integrity leader.
She's lives in Saugus Ma with her husband and three children.
