I am a software developer with a keen interest in a People Management, Project Management or Business Analyst position in a technical area. I am a Strategic thinker and I'm well versed in communication with the Customer.

I thrive in ambiguous environments, as I feel empowered to create wonders out of chaos. My mind immediately sees patterns and processes and starts making improvement suggestions.

My first endeavor as a Project Manager was as a leader of the Women at Intel Network in Costa Rica. My most important contribution to the Network was restructuring their yearly conference. Leading a team of 20 people, I was able to legitimize our call for empowering women in technology and earned a 98% approval from our attendees.

But I really earned my stripes at a small startup where I managed a team of Software and QA engineers in Costa Rica and India, while directly reporting to our CEO. During my tenure, I managed to reduce our operational costs by 10%, implement Scrum and Git and challenge the way we did business. Shortly after, I moved to my next challenge at Packsize LLC, but it definitely helped make me a better professional.
