Head of Strategy and Director of JBS Financial Strategists. As the 2013 AFA Adviser of the Year, I believe it is important to share ideas and gain insight into best practice, especially in the areas of client engagement and streamlining systems and processes via technology and digital media. I speak regularly at conferences and present workshops inside and outside of the industry including Professional Investment Services, Association of Financial Advisers and No More Practice. My goal is to improve the standard of financial advice and continually raise the education bar whilst helping women in business and promote women in finance. I hold CFP, SSA, FChFP and GAICD accreditations. I strive to ensure our clients are financially educated via regular newsletters, social media posts, the our blog and website. I am a regular contributing writer to many publications, both mainstream and also industry related. Winning the 2013 FS Smileys Scholar of the year, also provides a fabulous opportunity to spread the word of how great advice can help all Australians, whether it be in the areas of SMSF's or Risk Insurance. My passions are my business - JBS, my team, clients, colleagues, social media and St Kilda Saints! When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband and golden retrievers down at gorgeous Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.
