I am Jenny. I have my own business called Rainbows End Coaching. That's both life coaching and business coaching. The life coaching is all about happiness really. We talk a little and listen a lot to people about their lives. We concentrate on the future and help people to decide what they want to get out of life. Usually that's happiness, but identifying the things that are going to lead to happiness is very individual.

We (I mean my business partner and friend Liz) believe that you need to set goals in life, because if you don't know what it is you want to achieve then how can you possibly start striving towards it?

Goals then lead to actions and with motivation and support our clients achieve great things, and ultimately become happier.

Our Android App - the "Happiness Coach" is a brilliant tool for keeping on track towards reaching goals. It leads you through a process of identifying your goals and setting action points. These actions are linked to your phone calendar and remind you to get things done. Simple really, but the actions are powerful because you have gone through the thought process of why they are important.

The business coaching is about happiness too, but this happiness is usually linked to increased profits, business growth or happy and hard working staff! We use similar principles of goal setting and action planning to take businesses to where they want to be.

I have a degree in Business and level 4 in Guidance so I feel I'm in the right place. I sometimes think what is more important is my entrepreneurial spirit and can do attitude.

On a personal note, I am married and have 3 young children and a dog. I like family walks, dinner parties and netball.
