Jenny Ferguson
Welcome, friend! I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself so you can get a clear idea of who I am and what I believe as a wellness practitioner.
My mission is to empower people in feeling that they are in the driver's seat when it comes to their health and wellbeing. I think of myself as a helper. I simply assist and stand as a witness as my clients remember that they had the power all along to make changes in their lives and also to live a healthy life. I watch as I witness my clients listening to their intuition and work through the things that may be holding them back from living a full and joyful life. I encourage them to breathe out stress and anxiousness and to breathe in relaxation and calm. I know that when I am in a relaxed state I feel safe and free to clear away all that may be holding me back. My breathing slows, I drift away from this culture, this material world and I begin to think with my heart.
My personal journey through healing has been full of love and fear and courage and so much more. My healing journey continues to this day and will no doubt continue until my last breath. I feel that everything I have healed from in my life has prepared me to support my clients in the way that is unique to every one of them. I wish to meet my clients where they are and to allow each experience to unfold the way it is meant to. Healing is not "one size fits all". There is no one way to heal because each person is supremely special and unique. Through trusting my intuition and allowing my heart to lead the way I have made decisions in my life that have taken me to a place of joy, bewilderment and curiosity. I seek to "get out of my own way" and not think too much about what will happen during a session. I try to keep my eyes, ears and heart open for divine inspiration and synchonicity. I seek to trust the process and remain open. I constantly feel humbled by the experience of trusting something so much bigger than myself.
I feel incredibly honored to be able to do this amazing work. I must be the luckiest woman on this whole green and blue planet.
Other passions in my life include my amazing and supportive fiance Kian, my friends and family, international & local travel, learning new and awesome ways to heal including Therapeutic Massage which I am currently pursuing a degree in at CCRI Newport, bonding with my fellow sisters through Sacred Circles, and creating sacred space and dancing in it!
