Jenny Hecht

Jenny Hecht is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 1999 and has been working with children, youth, and families in the Denver Metro Area since 2000. With experience in diverse settings, ranging from residential to intensive outpatient to educational, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of multi-systemic teams. Jenny brings a warm, authentic, and direct style to Equinox Counseling and Wellness services, providing a safe and comfortable space for her clients to make positive shifts or changes in their lives. Her approach is client-centered, using a combination of treatment philosophies with an emphasis on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy techniques.
