As a lifetime athlete, Jenny is no stranger to training hard! Growing up she was involved in swimming, softball, volleyball, soccer, track, and basketball. She even tried cross country once! Jenny explained, "I was THAT KID. Always up early and home late going to and from practice, doing my homework on the bus and in hotel rooms just so I could compete!" Jenny eventually went on to compete at the University of South Dakota where she was able to achieve her personal best as an All-American Swimmer.

After a very successful career as an All-American Athlete, Jenny had a dream to coach college athletes. But life took an unexpected turn. Jenny found herself pregnant, and unmarried. Feeling lost and directionless, Jenny gave up on her dream. To take her mind off the situation and the hole she had dug for herself, Jenny began coaching the local high school swim team. It didn’t take long before Jenny was able to get back on track, discovering her true passion of empowering and encouraging athletes to push past what they thought was possible!

After 7 years of coaching athletes, Jenny began to apply the concepts she learned as a life long athlete and swim coach to all areas of her life! Using this knowledge Jenny created a very successful Massage Therapy business. She would see exponential changes in her clients after their sessions, but she wanted to help her clients create long term changes. As a result, Jenny started her health coaching career, in order to help her clients transform their health from the inside out. It was from there that she found her passion for helping others create a life worth living by Achieving Their Personal Best in every aspect of life!

Most recently, Jenny has taken on the third role of the athletic triangle. After competing as an athlete herself, then coaching young athletes, Jenny is now the mom of an aspiring athlete. “The transition from athlete to coach was difficult, but the transition from coach to the Mom of an athlete was the hardest.” says Jenny. Having lived on all three sides of this triangle, Jenny is uniquely equipped to support other moms of athletes, which she loves doing through her SuperMOM MVP program.

Jenny lives with her husband Mike, her two budding athletes Sydney, age 6, and Kaia, age 4, her two dogs Oakley and Harley, and friendly feline Axil In Summerset, South Dakota.
