Executive and former Management Consultant and Auditor with substantial experience in analysing, optimising and designing of business strategies and models as well as governance, risk and compliance structures. Also highly experienced in full scope audit, the implementation of management and control systems and processes and the leading of business areas and departments. I also specialise in all aspects of internal and external reporting, including the measurement and valuation of intangible assets or environmental, social and economic impacts on all layers and according to several standards.

During my career I have advised large multinationals, SMEs as well as entrepreneurial start-ups. In over 15 years I worked in nearly all mayor industries and I have assembled expert knowledge in the industrial (esp. Automotive, Aviation, High Tech) and service sector (esp. Retail, Logistics, Media).

I have advised and collaborated with a number of leading national and global initiatives and organisations including the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the World Economic Forum, the Carbon Disclosure Project, the International Integrated Reporting Council, the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies and diverse governmental departments.

I am a regarded speaker and lecturer, most commonly on Corporate Governance, Corporate Responsibility and Management in general. For over half a decade I was senior lecturer at the Cologne University for Project Management.

Privately I love reading - for growth and fun - and travelling, not so much to see the sights, but to meet the people and learn the difference of culture and history. And as of today I'm engaged in the relevant business councils and networks:
