A solid and experienced Arctic manager, born Danish by nationality; until January 2021 a resident north of the Polar Circle - now based in Hirtshals, Denmark - but with high mobility in relation to tasks and projects - remote or on-site.

Job titles and the angles on the tasks have always been very variable. Still, the principles behind them all have always been the same – I am most often wanted and positioned "where the wind blows at its most" - where it "howls in the wall and shakes the roof" (Norwegian expression) ...
With more than 20 years of leadership experience supplemented by a broad academic/practical background from e.g. The Armed Forces, Elite Sport and various Business Academies I feel are a relevant offer for a possible coaching and/ or (project-)management position with you.
