I'm a Canadian endurance athlete, choosing events, adventures and epics that push me to my limits both mentally and physically. As an endurance coach, I get to be part of other people's goals, guiding them through the process of training and preparation as they live out their own dreams. I work with athletes of all levels from all over the world. I'm a proud new mom to a little boy who has spent most of the first year of his life traveling about and adventuring beside me. It's been a blast to say the least. When home in Squamish, I enjoy connecting with the communtiy of great folks who train at my gym and drinking espresso's with friends.
