I am a passionate advocate for personal growth, an information sponge, and an innovator who brings ideas to life. Helping people to find more joy and success in their work and personal lives is my motivation to get out of bed everyday. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ young adults find connection, see their own strengths, and grow into the leaders our community needs.

I'm a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a student affairs administrator. My aim is to help people recognize their resilience and use their natural talents to make daily life and work easier and more fulfilling. I am persistent in working for structural changes that reduce barriers for and improve the well-being of marginalized people.
